1.Make a Per Day Goal :make a single day goal because these little goals are more important than bigger goals ..imagine a field of football game without goal is it logical the answer is no ...
2.Collect your Energy
its very important to collect your energy and use it in flow ..collecting energy is dependent on how you begin ur day ..Did you getup early morning when the energy is usually very high ...Your food habbits having a proper breakfast and lunch is very important same is with dinner before sleeping is very important to have a light meal ...so that it can get digested ....there are many other factors that you have not exausted your energy too much in mobile gaming or others things .....
3.Dont do Continuous work take some break :-- often i have noted people get tired by doing something continuously for long time without taking breaks and finally end up losing interest in whole thing ....the solution is simple we need small breaks in everything we do these breaks are very handy to relcollect energy ....
4: Cleanliness and Arrangements of your room is very important ....
it is very important to make things Arranged and Clean around you because if ur room is not cleaned or arranged it will create some negitive images in your brain or create negitive ideas in your mind ....its very important to keep ur mind positive for doing something gud .....
